We would like to take this opportunity to thank Chatham-Kent for an amazing opening weekend May 25-27 2012. Coinciding with Retrofest weekend, the Boardwalk Condominium project officially opened its doors to the public. What they saw was a high tech interactive presentation centre that flowed into our beautiful model suite. People were greeted with the high end finishes that we have set as our standard and were able to view all nine plans in detail.
People had rave reviews with one patron commenting "this models finishes far surpasses anything we saw in the high end condo market we looked at when we lived in New York"
Another said ".... absolutely beautiful. This is what Chatham-Kent needs."

Welcome to the New Boardwalk on Thames Web Site. We have launched the official web site and are in the process of finalizing our showroom for everyone to see. We are only a couple of weeks away from formally opening and rest assure you will not be disappointed. Over the next few days continuing updates will occur such as all 9 of our plans will be made available. For now we have offered a sneak peak. It's official. We have begun excavation for the long anticipated 113 unit condominium project in the heart of Chatham - Kent. Located on King Street near the corner of Fifth Street the Boardwalk on Thames project is now digging for foundation and parking levels. With occupancy set for 2014 the project looks to bring an elegant but historical play on the elevations and is one that will truly cater to its homeowners offering several top notch amenities.
